TODAY is the day!

Don’t miss this unique opportunity in West Michigan! TODAY (Monday, October 12) at 1:00 pm and 6:30 pm, we will be showing White Rose Resistance’s film The Last Stand: Christ or Chaos – The War for the West at the American Decency Building (203 E Main Street, Fremont, MI 49412). Join us and bring someone with you. Following the film there will be a short panel discussion with a representative from White Rose Resistance.

Abraham Kuyper, in his book Sphere Sovereignty, writes, “[T]here is not a square inch in the whole domain of our human life of which Christ, Who is Sovereign of all, does not cry: ‘Mine!’” Yet that does not inhibit the devil nor those whom he has deceived from claiming “squatter’s rights” and shouting, “Mine!”

Where is the church in this melee? Sadly, too often a spectator instead of the soldier she was meant to be. Worse yet, at times, she hands over the deed to those “square inches” by joining the deceived in hopes of either being accepted or wanting to make them feel accepted. However, it’s a false deed; Christ has neither abdicated His throne nor His claim and the Bride has no authority to give it up. She only has the authority to STAND UP and BE COURAGEOUS. We who are bought with the blood of Christ are that church; we are meant to stand, be courageous, and protect that which belongs to the Sovereign Christ.

Reader, that has long been the position of the church – it turned the world upside down! It’s the modern church that has largely become tepid and at times traitorous. Thus, the need for this film: The Last Stand: Christ or Chaos — The War for the West. We must leave our seats of apathetic comfort, remember that spiritual warfare abounds, and that we are called to be soldiers of the cross. We need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and with paying a price.

Come and allow your mind to be engaged with this film that American Decency’s president and founder Bill Johnson declares to be of great importance: “There’s an urgency in this film that, if not recognized, will result in the continued spiritual darkness of our nation and the generations of those who will come after us.”
