In part three of our ongoing conversation, former Adams Township (Hillsdale County) clerk Stephanie Scott returns to share where things stand as Michigan citizens push for a fair election on November 3rd, 2026.

Stephanie recounts how she took office in 2020 without an agenda, spotted anomalies in tabulator testing and her voter rolls, and refused a Bureau of Elections directive to delete the electronic poll book — a stand that led to a raid on her office, the loss of her election duties, and years of felony allegations before the charges were dismissed. Now, with the appeals process still ongoing, she breaks down the bigger battle: a state rule ordering clerks to delete election records in 7 days while state and federal law require 22 months of retention.

In this episode:

• How a routine tabulator test started it all — and why “digital vs. analog” matters

• Stephanie’s three takeaways: rule of law, knowing your rights, and integrity

• The Bridgewater Township lawsuit challenging the 7-day deletion rule

• Voter history discrepancies: phantom voters and missing votes in one small township

• Sheriff Dar Leaf’s investigation into non-citizens on the voter rolls

• Dominion contracts, foreign access, and why source code review matters

• Jocelyn Benson’s run for governor and what’s at stake in November 2026

• What keeps Stephanie going after five years of fighting
