On this week’s episode of Finally: a Decent Podcast, Bill sits down with one of the most storied and effective lawyers in the state of Michigan, if not the whole country.

David Kallman launched his career winning Michigan parents the right to homeschool their children.

He went on to defend “America’s Barber” who refused to close down during the infamously stringent lockdowns by Michigan’s tyrannical governor in 2020.

Most recently, Kallman was part of the legal team which won a case against the Johnson Amendment, which has tied the hands of church pastors and non-profits to endorse political candidates who align with their missions.

Kallman also recounts his own experience living the plot of the movie God’s Not Dead as a young college student.
