What might one expect to hear from these two truthtellers?

Our evening started out with Rep. Joseph Fox giving us a few words as Bill Johnson, founder and president of American Decency Association (ADA) asked him several questions:

“Most people who are in the House and in the Senate, their major concern is getting reelected. That drives their fundraising; that drives their voting; that drives their actions.” That’s been a major concern for those who have put these men and women in office. They’re supposed to be driven by what is right and what is constitutional. Their major concern is to accurately represent their electorate within the bounds of our Constitution; that’s a major part of being a Constitutional Republic.

“Politicians are very concerned about the next election; that’s their laser focus. Whereas patriots, they’re concerned about the next generation.  We need to put our concern, our focus, on our children and what’s coming down the road.” Herein we see the difference between politicians and statesmen; we’re ever so grateful that Rep. Fox is a statesman, a patriot. As we make political decisions – or ANY decisions – our focus must be on the spiritual future of our children and our nation. Let us first and foremost vote Biblically.

Bill asked Rep. Fox for his opinions regarding the way the Republican platform was so drastically changed in recent days, as the GOP gutted their historical pro-life stance.

Rep. Fox said that he thought it was wrong and that we’re being asked to step toward the middle, if not across the middle in regard to the Right and Left spectrum, calling it a sad day. He also stated, “It’s my experience that most, not all, of Republicans in the Michigan House stand for pro-life. Most of them are very involved in the pro-life rallies and are voting that way. Again, it’s a sad day and it’s for political expediency; they’re doing it to ‘win votes.’”

Before Rep. Fox spoke about various legislation that has come through the House and to what ends such unconstitutional or even constitutional legislation might mean to our state, particularly in regards to our election integrity, Bill asked him to describe some of the spiritual warfare this man of God has been facing since taking office.

Both Rep. Fox and Patrick Colbeck used the phrase: TOO BIG TO RIG. They are encouraging EVERYONE to get out and vote and to encourage others to vote, thereby making November’s election “TOO BIG TO RIG!”

Patrick Colbeck is a mighty warrior who has been embattled right along. Battles in the Michigan Senate, battles in his bid for governor, now battles in election integrity – since day one of the 2020 election. Patrick Colbeck rightly describes these last four years for him as a “long arduous ordeal.” Anyone who has recognized the 2020 election for what it was and has been fighting for transparency, integrity, and righteousness can’t help but call it that. What a blessing to know that all truth is God’s truth and that one day the books will be balanced, the scales will be leveled, and the King of kings will rule – ALL WILL BE RIGHT!
