A Few Reminders and Announcements

On this, the day of the Michigan primary, we thought it important that we remind our readers to get out and vote for your candidate of choice. This year, as in every election, there are more important issues on the ballot than a candidate’s personality or popularity – issues like increasing government authority over the details of our lives, free speech, parental rights, foreign aid and war funding, and – most importantly – the systematic murder of American infants. This election truly is a conflict between good and evil, and we encourage you to take part in it.

We do want to remind our readers that, in spite of the many candidates’ names on the Republican primary ballot, only Donald Trump and Nicki Haley are still in the race, so a vote for any other candidate goes to waste.

The primaries also remind us of the ongoing vulnerability of our election system which relies so heavily on digital processes, which are resistant to verification and are thus far less secure and transparent than a simple paper ballot and poll book. We encourage you to learn more about how your city or township handles the voting process and personally encourage your local election officials to take the steps to secure the vote before the November election! Lastly, we want to make you aware of an upcoming event featuring the return of our friend Kamal Saleem. Many of you have seen Kamal speak before and you remember his powerful testimony of terrorism in his youth and his conversion to Christianity after he came to America. We encourage you to bring your friends to hear Kamal give his perspective on what’s happening in the Middle East today. Kamal will be at the ADA offices on March 15 at 6:30 PM.
