With such a vast difference between the parties, it’s no wonder there’s such division in the land. Especially as many on the Left promise unity and transparency, but then use divisive language to stir up hated while creating laws that stop from checking to see if we have transparency, opaqueness, or a black out.
Truth invites transparency and questions, while opaqueness and black outs – such as Patrick Colbeck witnessed and describes: poll challenger lockouts, pizza boxes taped to windows, etc. – invite malfeasance, cannot withstand questioning, and points to deception.
We pray for God to intervene, that He will rule and overrule. We also fulfill our civic duty and live out our lives loving God and our neighbor, by His grace.
I’ll close this section out encouraging you to follow the advice of President James A. Garfield: “Men are tending to materialism. Houses, lands, and worldly goods attract their attention, and as a mirage lure them on to death. Christianity, on the other hand leads only the natural body to death, and for the spirit, it points out a house not built with hands, eternal in the heavens… Let me urge you to follow Him, not as the Nazarene, the Man of Galilee, the carpenter’s son, but as the ever-living spiritual Person, full of love and compassion, Who will stand by you in life and death and eternity.”
Donald Trump and JD Vance have attempted to rebrand the GOP as “pro-family,” rather than “pro-life,” under their newly written platform. But this has its own group of casualties, tragically. While the left has attacked the Republican ticket for their assumed support for a ban on in-vitro fertilization (IVF) which freezes batches of embryos and most often abandons those remaining after an implantation takes, Trump and Vance have actually voiced vigorous support for the procedure.
Yet, last week, the Democrat Convention not only vowed to protect IVF, but to re-enshrine Roe v. Wade as the law of the land.
Traditional conservatives are no longer fighting to end Roe v. Wade, but to keep it from coming back – and stronger. Still, we must not stop fighting to gain ground against this human rights atrocity. Call it pro-life, pro-family, anti-abortion, or whatever you like, but we can’t stop pushing until the human sacrifice stops.
In the epitome of irony, the Democratic Party platform reads: “Our nation is at an inflection point. What kind of America will we be? A land of more freedom, or less freedom?”
It’s laughable that Democrats, who seek to censor free speech and have weaponized the DOJ against pro-lifers and their political opponents, claim that they are the ones who will protect freedom.
The only freedoms Democrats seem interested in are the so-called “freedoms” to murder the unborn and allow children to mutilate their bodies.
Leftists, such as Harris and Walz, don’t believe in more freedom for Americans. What they do believe in is power and government control. They’re determined to push our nation into socialism.
Yet, they do have one thing right; America is at a crossroads and our liberty may very well hinge on the outcome of this election. Pray for God’s mercy.
You’ve likely seen the 2020 video clip of policemen shooting paintballs at peaceful citizens standing on their porch when potential VP, Tim Walz, called for the aggressive enforcement of his draconian 8 pm Covid curfew. Walz also attempted to turn neighbor against neighbor by instituting a “hotline,” to snitch on social distancing violations.
If the Harris/Walz draconian duo win, what other unconstitutional and overbearing orders can we expect? History recounts innumerable deaths, as the “wrath of man” is brought to bear against those who defy tyranny and stand for righteousness.
The blatant push for communist policies and disregard for citizen rights and human life should drive us to our knees, with “Help, Lord,” on our lips.
But rejoice and tremble! God’s wrath in His Day of Judgment will make man’s wrath seem like a birthday party in comparison. The righteous shall be vindicated; the unrighteous will perish.
