By: Kimberly Cargill

First a word regarding a MUST-SEE interview and then two events hosted by Newaygo Country Grassroots being held at the American Decency building – read all the way to the end! You won’t want to miss out on these.

Pat Colbeck Interview with Bill Johnson

The fight for election integrity has not lost its importance and, like a spider’s web, is only one of many threads that interconnect, pulling on the safety, security, and steadfastness of our nation. Only God knows the incredibly numerous ways in which our nation’s liberty, religious freedom, Constitution, and various institutions are under attack by domestic and foreign entities. This much we do know, election integrity is one important strand that is intertwined with and being attacked by many other “silky” pulls. Bill Johnson and Pat Colbeck discuss several of these threads which must be exposed, dealt with, and set aright.

In the background, on Pat’s desk, I noticed a sign that describes both these men: FAITHFUL SERVANT. Bill and Pat are both warriors for truth and desire to honor God with their discovery of truth and its dissemination into the public realm. I am honored to commend this information packed conversation to your viewing. Here are only a few of the things that you’ll hear discussed:

* Pat’s evaluation of Dominion and FOX, FOX’s apathetic attitude toward truth, and Tucker Carlson having to play “Catch Phrase” regarding election fraud until he was finally fired.

* Where does Pat go to for trusted news? Listen as he lists off several sources.

* Konnech and its role in election fraud

* How does one connect Soros, finances, and Smurfs? Listen to find out!

* Is Michigan really a red state or a blue state?

* The CCP in the USA and in Michigan, Governor Whitmer funding the CCP in various ways.

Within the main part of the interview one can hear Pat tell of reasons to praise God. Later, he shares that there is hope, that God has a sovereign plan, and that he believes God took him through the state during his gubernatorial run, in order to meet the people who are helping him fight against this election fraud now. Then, at the end of this incredible interview, Pat closes with a wonderful word of encouragement and exhortation.

I humbly and whole-heartedly commend this interview to you. Pass it on to others through email and social media.

TOMORROW EVENING: Newaygo County Grassroots is hosting Pastor Matthew Trewhella, an expert on The Lesser Magistrate Doctrine, at the American Decency building (203 E. Main St. Fremont, MI) on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 6:30 PM. He will be speaking on the Application of the Doctrine of Lesser Magistrates to County and Local Government. For more information, please call Theresa at 989-800-1776.

Your first question might be, “What is a lesser magistrate?” Pastor Trewhella answers that question this way:

“A magistrate is a person clothed with power as a public civil officer—whether executive, legislative, or judicial. As the title implies, a lesser magistrate is one who possesses less power than a higher magistrate. For example, a county executive possesses less authority than a state governor. The position of the lesser magistrate can be obtained by election or by appointment.

“The primary duty of the lesser magistrates regarding the doctrine of the lesser magistrates is threefold. First, they are to oppose and resist any laws or edicts from the higher authority that contravene the Law or the Word of God. Second, they are to protect the person, liberty, and property of those who reside within their jurisdiction from any unjust or immoral laws or actions by the higher authority. Third, they are not to implement any laws or decrees made by the higher authority that violate the Constitution, and if necessary, resist them.”

With so much tyranny taking place within Michigan and other states, lesser magistrates need to be lawful, bold, and fulfill their duties to the people. Specifically, the citizens of Michigan are in desperate need of our lesser magistrates to use their power of interposition, standing on behalf of and for the benefit of their constituents, while opposing our out-of-control higher magistrates (Governor Whitmer and others).

A few glaring, recent examples are easily seen: First, the law which protected the unborn in this state was hamstrung by our governor while she and others pushed hard to make Michigan one of the most dangerous states for its citizens who occupy the womb. Second, the Communist Chinese electrical battery plant (Gotion) which is proposed to be built in the Big Rapids area which is being heavily pushed by those in authority, heavily funded by the taxpayers, and heavily contested by those who live in the area and others. The concerns are many: ecological, political, financial, to name but a few. Third, have you wondered what can be done about the transgender issues in our public schools? It’s an ever-growing concern. Come to learn and to ask questions.

We often wonder what we can do. A large, yet often overlooked, part of what we can do is to encourage these lesser magistrates to stand and then stand by them as they stand against corruption, tyranny, and other wrong-doings.

Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity offered by Newaygo County Grassroots. Come hear Pastor Matthew Trewhella at the American Decency building tomorrow at 6:30 PM. For more information, please call Theresa at 989-800-1776.

Movie: Anecdotals (Friday, May 19 at 6:00 PM)

Join the Newaygo County Grassroots for this compassionate exploration of the nuanced vaccine debate. While the vaccine debate grows more divided, those with adverse reactions get stuck in the middle. It didn’t take long after government officials and media personalities began insisting that every citizen be vaccinated for the flood of stories of adverse effects to hit social media, talk radio, and personal conversations. Official recognition of these painful, and sometimes deadly, reactions however continues to be withheld. Anecdotals is a personal journey that focuses on questions, not answers, and people, not politics.  More than a movie and of particular interest will be a panel discussion with two experts following the film.

When: Friday, May 19, 2023 at 6:00 PM
What: Free Movie: “Anecdotals”
Where: Location: American Decency; 203 E Main Street ~ Fremont, MI
