Stand Up Michigan is hosting a Protest Rally for Restaurateurs at Jimmy’s Roadhouse(8574 S Mason Dr, Newaygo, MI 49337) TODAY (Friday, 11/20/20) at 3:30 p.m. It will be held outdoors with speakers so that all may easily hear. All owners affected by these shut downs will have an open mike, along with a speaker from Stand Up Michigan.
If ever there were a time that we need to rally together, showing support for one another, it is this present time. With Governor Whitmer’s unconstitutional and tyrannical mandates threatening Michigan businesses and all their potential patrons, our economy is being shoved to the brink of ruin. It’s about businesses and jobs; but it’s about much more than that.
Believing herself to be above the law, her illegal actions directly and indirectly affect our economy and each man, woman, and child who is being pressured to live in a state of fear. Her “leadership” leads to consequences which would include (but are not limited to) a loss of freedom; dependence upon an overreaching government that leads to socialism/communism; further mental, emotional, and physical health problems; and the list goes on. Obeisance to tyranny leads to further tyranny and a further stripping away of our freedoms and rights as individuals and businesses.
Stand with local businesses that have served you well; stand for freedom; stand for God and country(your freedom to religious liberty is at stake too). Join the Protest Rally for Restaurateurs at Jimmy’s Roadhouse in Newaygo TODAY at 3:30 pm.
On another, but related note, if you haven’t sent an email to Michigan Speaker of the House Lee Chatfield and Michigan Senator Majority Leader Mike Shirkey in regard to their handling of our current electoral crisis please do so soon. An email has already been prepared for you to send at this link. (Yesterday’s email alert also includes a phone number you can call if you’d like to do that.)
We are grateful to God that He has moved on the hearts and minds of our friends, showing us a little of what is inside them. Your notes of encouragement, prayers, and financial support mean so much to us; without them, we wouldn’t be able to do the important work that God has laid upon us.
Won’t you prayerfully seek the Lord’s will to come alongside us again, supporting us in whatever manner you feel led? Thank you.
