When we forget (or forsake) our past, we forfeit our future. Tonight’s very important event most certainly addresses America’s present situation and her uncertain future; but the problem at hand also deals with our history, our foundations, how we successfully handled similar issues, and whether we will have a respect for our distant and nearer history—learning from it, or if we will turn our back on the things we have (or should have) learned.
Join us tonight (Fri.) or tomorrow (Sat.)—details below—for an event that is extremely timely and, I believe, God ordained. Jim Simpson will be our speaker; we will have an opportunity to learn and to ask questions. Below are Jim’s own words, as he describes the crisis that we face.
“Never Forget. 9-11 was the tragedy that inspired many of us to take action. With a two year old daughter at the time, my option was to begin writing. It was something I did voluntarily for many years until finally turning it into a career (such as it is), gradually between 2010 and 2012.
“Today we are at a tipping point in our nation. Either we surrender and submit to the monsters of the Red-Green Axis, or we utterly, forcefully reject their malevolent agenda. Doing the former would abdicate our responsibilities to our families, our neighbors and our country, and dishonor the memories of those who died on 9-11, those brave souls who picked up arms and went off to fight for us, losing life and limb in the process, their families who suffered grievous losses, and those subsequently killed in later terrorist attacks, both here and abroad.
“Capitulation guarantees it will only get worse. Standing up unapoligetically is our only option at this point. Whatever you do to engage in this critical time, consider what more you may be able to do, whether it involves money, time, writing, protesting, becoming politically active or whatever.
“The time for choosing is NOW. Not only must we never forget, but we must take the actions that will prevent another such event. Be sure, they are planning one.”
