Rafael Cruz Warning America-In Fremont!

When given a warning or exhortation to avoid dangerous circumstances, we should pay attention and weigh their words. But when one who is our elder has lived through the dangers they warn against, when they have seen first-hand the horrors of the road which we are traveling, we must take heed! This is only one of the reasons we invite you to join us on Friday June 7, in welcoming Pastor Rafael Cruz, father of Senator Ted Cruz.

Being a native of Cuba, Rafael lived and suffered under a cruel and oppressive dictator. He began fighting Batista’s regime as a teenager and was imprisoned and tortured for his role in that fight. Yes, he has seen firsthand the horrors of socialism/communism and its inhumanity to man.

Having been born and living under such oppression, then coming to Texas on a student visa in 1957, Rafael has seen the Light and the Darkness. He recognized the encroaching darkness during the Carter administration and has watched, with concern, how this darkness has spread, overtaking the government of this great nation, the minds of the American people, and shadowing over the church in America.

Pastor Cruz has stood for the light of truth and has been actively fighting against this present darkness since the 1980 Presidential campaign of Ronald Reagan. He is joining with us to spread the warning at such a time as this. Don’t allow your friends, family, and church to miss out on this special evening—Friday, June 7 at 7 PM! Compel them to join you! Why do we, at the American Decency Association, keep bringing in speakers who warn, who have lived through man’s inhumanity to man?(Diet Eman and Kamal Saleem—as two examples from opposite sides of the fence).  BECAUSE WE CARE! We care about you and your children; we care about this great nation that God had lifted up; but mostly, it’s because we care about the glory of God and His image within each man, woman, and child, created by Him.

Former communist from years ago, Whittaker Chambers, wrote: “There has never been a society or a nation without God. But history is cluttered with the wreckage of nations that became indifferent to God, and died.”

We have no desire to see America end up on the scrap-heap of nations that have become indifferent to or fought against God.  That’s why we warn, stir, educate, and bring in the best of the best to help us spread the warning against darkness and the message of Light and Hope.

We can bring the message; but we need your help to make sure others hear this message! We need you to compel the younger generations to hear and discuss these important topics. We need you to join us in humility, brokenness, and prayer. Please, do your best to bring your teen/adult children or grandchildren. Do not allow this opportunity and time to be wasted. Don’t let your church sit idly by without speaking into this vital topic; urge your pastor to come with you.

The enemies of liberty are fighting so strongly because, as President Reagan said: "If we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on Earth."

When his son Ted was a child, Rafael would echo that sentiment, “When we faced oppression in Cuba, I had a place to flee to. If we lose our freedom here, where do we go?”
