A nation’s economy and its ability to protect its way of government and its citizens are very closely related; yet many don’t get it. As Christians, we are called to understand the times in order to know what to do. An area where most people are often both ill-informed, and therefore poorly equipped, is in regard to economic matters. There are enemies both nationally and internationally that are taking advantage of our lack of understanding in these areas.
Not only is Kevin Freeman a mastermind in these areas, he can be likened to the Biblical “children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do…” (I Chronicles 12:32) What a blessing that God still opens the mind of individuals, allowing them to understand the times in which we now live, and that these select few can instruct and stir us to wise action and preparation. What an even greater blessing that God is bringing Kevin Freeman—a truth telling “child of Issachar”—to Fremont and Holland on October 26 and 27 respectively. It would be unkind of me to leave you in the dark about economic warfare and financial terrorism after whetting your appetite. So, let’s look at these global definitions and the national implications they have for us.
Kevin defines these two terms in his book Secret Weapon. “The difference between economic warfare and financial terrorism is that economic warfare is state-sponsored action taken against another state’s economy to coerce its government into certain activity, while financial terrorism is secret, behind-the-scenes manipulation of a nation’s economy by state or non-state actors.” Of course he breaks this out very understandably throughout the rest of the chapter from which these definitions were taken.
Frank Gaffney has high regard for Kevin Freeman and frequently has him on Secure Freedom Radio. I urge you to listen to this 10 minute clip as Kevin and Frank discuss the above terms by way of example and also discuss cyber (digital) warfare.
