Be a Witness

When people take a strong stand for something it’s easy to misunderstand their motive or intent. For example, we have come on strong about the dangers of Islamic Shariah law and its faithful adherents. Some might consider that as a call for hatred toward Muslims. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.

As I explain our position, maybe this will help you to explain to others where you stand. I think a great starting point can be found in Whittaker Chambers’ letter to his children at the front of his book Witness: “A man is not primarily a witness against something. That is only incidental to the fact that he is a witness for something. A witness, in the sense that I am using the word, is a man whose life and faith are so completely one that when the challenge comes to step out and testify for his faith, he does so, disregarding all risks, accepting all consequences.”

Believing in, standing for, and loving the Lord, Truth, liberty, and our neighbor consequentially puts us at odds with Islamic Shariah law and those who hold fast to its tenets. It’s not about hating the Muslim; it’s about loving the Muslim and hating the oppression that they suffer under Islamic Shariah law. In being a witness for liberty, we are a witness against their Shariah-forged shackles. In being a witness for loving our neighbor (including our Muslim neighbor) we are a witness against honor violence and killings, child marriage, no-fault rape, female genital mutilation, human trafficking, jihad, and the list goes on. In being a witness for Truth, we are a witness against Shariah-authorized deception, so-called interfaith dialogue, and the fallacy that Allah is the one true God. Since we are a witness for law and order, we are naturally a witness against sanctuary cities/states, lawlessness, and unconstitutional acts carried out by our government and those who hope to hold seats in our government—both local and federal.

We care about our future and we care about truth. We have no other course but to “step out and testify” for our faith, our love of liberty, and our love for God and our neighbor, “disregarding all risks, accepting all consequences.” In this regard, a witness is a patriot, a true Christian, or anyone who is sold-out for their faith.

Phil Haney, founding DHS officer, was primarily such a witness for liberty, the American people, and God which necessarily made him a witness against Islamic Shariah-law and the terrorism it breeds. Farrah Prudence is primarily a witness for freedom and human dignity which necessity dictates that she is a witness against Islamic Shariah law with its attacks on and degradation of women, making them second-class citizens.

Phil and Farrah have both been witness to the destructive nature of Islamic Shariah law and recognize the real danger of its taking root in America. This makes them great witnesses to the importance of our Constitution and the protection it offers to all citizens of the United States. Without such a noble document, America would have surely fallen by the many internal and external attacks against her. That’s one reason why we have chosen these two truth-tellers to speak at this all-important conference. Who better to warn and inform than those who have been in the heat of the battle?

Many may think that such atrocities could never happen here; think again! Too few recognizethe potential path that’s being unleashed in and throughout Michigan that would lead to a lack of resistance from Christians, the church, law enforcement, city officials, our schools, and our governor. The threat is real; the threat is now; and it’s serious! Become informed, think for yourself, and be a witness!
