Americans are split over the innate, immutability argument of sexual orientation, but according to a recent poll, released on Wednesday, 5% fewer people now believe that someone is born “gay” than did just a year ago. So much for the “inevitability,” “wrong side of history” mantras.

The conspicuous lack of scientific support for this myth may finally be factoring into the thinking of a growing number in our country. And perhaps the backlash against the relentless homofascist attack on freedom is beginning to take place as well.
