Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr. is at it again. The company known for its string of pornographic ads – featuring lewd, erotic displays from Paris Hilton to Kate Upton – has a new commercial out. The ad premiered last week on the west coast only, during the Super Bowl, but is now airing across the country.
The ad features a bikini-clad model – that is, she’s wearing a bikini until she seductively takes off her top. While eating a sandwich she spreads her legs and poses in numerous sexual positions as the camera focuses on her body parts.

Pornography is defined by Webster’s as material created for the purposes of eliciting a sexual response. Thus, the description of this ad as pornographic.
Hardee's is a hamburger business catering to families. How can anyone, knowing of their salacious advertising gimmicks, give business to Hardees (Carl Jr.)??
