“The Undefeated”: Sarah Palin’s endurance under unfair attack

By: American Decency Staff

Several months ago I heard radio talk show host Mark Levin talk about a movie about Sarah Palin entitled “The Undefeated.â€ÂÂ  Andrew Breitbart and Mark Levin served as commentators at various junctures throughout the movie. I heard it was in select theaters throughout the country.  It was on my radar as a movie that I would like to one day watch.   It was also supposedly in Wal-Mart and in other outlets though I could never find it. Recently, I purchased it online and my wife and I spent an evening watching it.  We weren’t disappointed.   The movie opens with five minutes of examples of media attacks upon Sarah Palin using unseemly words to castigate and degrade her personhood, body, and intelligence.  It served as a fresh reminder of what the mainstream media does to those it sees as a threat to its philosophy of secularism, relativism, godlessness, larger government, radical environmentalism, and socialism. Sarah Palin was a threat.  She needed to be taken out. This movie also documents Sarah Palin’s life with home movies of her humble beginnings in Wasilla, Alaska as a young child, a teenager playing basketball for her high school team, through her mayoral election, governorship, and nomination to the vice-presidency of the United States and beyond. Sarah Palin was unduly attacked in her political career.  As she returned to her governorship in Alaska, you will recall the numerous ethics charges that were filed against her.  “The Undefeatedâ€Â deals with these various stages of her life and career with powerful commentary and video news clips covering significant events as both the victories and the challenges unfolded before her. “The Undefeatedâ€Â is both informative and inspirational.  “The Undefeatedâ€Â not only informs us about Sarah Palin but reveals a lot about us as a society.  It shows the immense divisions, hardness of life, and the spiritual warfare involved in trying to serve well in a political office. This DVD is available online through various sources.  A google search will lead you to a vendor of your choice. In the meantime, we are inviting those in our local area to see it with us this Saturday, February 25 at 9:00 A.M. at our facility here in Fremont, Michigan.  With our primary election coming up in just a few days – Tuesday, February 28 – we felt that it would serve as a helpful tool to inspire and to remind us as to what is at stake.  All are invited.  Admittance if free with complimentary refreshments provided. ========================================================== To support our efforts please click here or mail your gift to American Decency Association (ADA), PO Box 202, Fremont, MI 49412.
