The above was the headline news regarding the death of movie star, David Carradine.

Mr. Carradine was found “with ropes tied to his neck and genitals, and his death may have been accidental suffocation, Thai police said Friday. … ”

I have seen this scenario before. I’m thinking specifically of the death (1998) of a former Chair of the Michigan House Judiciary.

Mr. Perry Bullard as he served in his capacity as House Judiciary Chair (MI) repeatedly attempted to thwart efforts to pass strengthened obscenity legislation. Much could be stated in this regard having experienced over a several year period of time his political obstruction.

He stated that pornography was victimless.

In October 1998, Mr. Bullard was found by his wife suspended from the ceiling with his underpants off and pornography in the vicinity.

The newspapers reported that Mr. Bullard died unexpectedly of asphyxiation. They later reported that he died of a heart attack.

A high official in Wayne County (Detroit) was able to secure a transcript of the police report. His wife found Mr. Bullard suspended from the ceiling and tried to protect his dignity by placing the pornography in a nearby drawer and covering his private parts.

His death was at the hands of pornography. He was practicing what is called autoerotic asphyxiation.

Erotic asphyxiation refers to intentionally cutting off oxygen to the brain for sexual arousal.

“… Deaths often occur when the loss of consciousness caused by partial asphyxia leads to loss of control over the means of strangulation, resulting in continued asphyxia and death. While often asphyxiophilia is incorporated into sex with a partner, others enjoy this behaviour by themselves, making it potentially more difficult to get out of dangerous situations. Victims are often found to have rigged some sort of ‘rescue mechanism’ that has not worked in the way they anticipated as they lost consciousness.

In some fatality cases, the body of the asphyxiophilic individual is discovered naked or with genitalia in hand, with pornographic magazines nearby, with dildos or other sex toys present, or with evidence of having orgasmed prior to death. Bodies found at the scene of an accidental death often show evidence of other paraphilic activities, such as fetishistic cross-dressing and masochism. However, in many cases families of these victims may disturb these sites by ‘sanitizing’ them, removing evidence of such paraphilic activities….”

For Mr. Carradine to be found hanging naked in a closet with ropes around his neck and genitalia certainly raises questions. At least it should raise more questions than mainstream media seems to be raising at this hour.

In addition, we all know that we can’t trust the mainstream media to report the facts surrounding pornography and its victimization.

Though we sent press releases to leading media agencies in regard to our findings not one media contact reported the facts surrounding the death of Mr. Bullard. Only the conservative Christian news sources reported the facts surrounding his death.

I state this to say the following:

In earlier years, there were efforts to link drinking and driving fatalities. It wasn’t until the mid-eighties that the media began reporting the findings. In filing police reports, the form asks whether alcohol use was involved.

Efforts to have police reports include whether pornography was found at the scene of the crime (for molestations, rape, incest and other sex crimes) have not been successful.

Though with Internet stings where a person shows up to meet a young girl and instead finds law enforcement – investigations are made and reported of what is found on the computer and not surprisingly it frequently includes large accumulations of pornography.

Did David Carradine’s “accidental” death involve pornography? Was it autoerotic asphyxiation? We may never know?

One thing is clear. Pornography DOES destroy!!!

And the silence regarding pornography’s addictive, desensitizing, damaging, destructive nature is deafening!

May this serve as a clear, though sadly rare warning, (in the midst of the silence) that there are multiple reasons not to allow yourself (or your loved one(s)) to even dabble a little bit with pornography!
