Judge Alex Kozinski should resign from the bench

Personal note: The following article is written by Jan LaRue, former chief counsel, for Concerned Women for America. As always, it is a sensible, powerful article discussing the concern regarding Chief Justice Alex Kozinski. Kozinski, you may recall was presiding over a pornography case when it was discovered that his own webpage was loaded with prosecutable pornography. One sidenote. He defended some of the adult content as 'funny.' Jeff Chamblee commented that "He wasn't surprised at this. I don't think it is the exception to the rule because some reports are saying that 50% of believers struggle with this. What are you going to do if you don't even have the Holy Spirit? … I'm assuming he's a non-believer. … But because of the society that we live in and the prevailing – the abundance of this material if you're a fallen creature – you're going to gravitate toward it, I don't care who you are – especially as a non-believer. …" =============== This, my friends, grieves me too, and shows once again what we are up against. If pornography is not effectively fought off it degrades, desensitizes, addicts, destroys. It does all of these and so much more – little by little by little until you are utterly destroyed from within and without. Christians of all people because we have the power of God upon us – we need to fight it off and we can!! I know because I have years of personal victory and will continue because – "He who has begun a good work in you will continue it until the day of Jesus Christ." [Philippians 1:6] That's what the Bible says. It is True!!! We have no excuse Christian believer – unless you are a phoney one and don't truly have Christ in your heart than you don't have the power to fight off this satanic trash. If you aren't a true believer, you need the humility of heart and soul to turn to Jesus and ask for Him to save you and give you His Holy Spirit for His glory and honor and for the power to overcome death here and forever. But, here we have it once again. Someone in a high place that falters terribly in his duties to uphold the law. Rule or exception? I think it is commonplace though often much less public. No wonder we have such a difficult time rolling back the tide of pornography in our culture. Christians faltering in droves and those in high places displaying pornography too disgusting to describe calling it "funny." God help us each one.
