Public humiliation and untold damage…

If you didn’t read yesterday’s email entitled: “The porn addict soon forgets about everything and everyone …” I hope you will read it today.  I raise the question – “How can people of family, income, status, career throw it all away for illicit sex with a child?” Dr. Judith Reisman’s article is powerfully insightful. This article from the New York Times speaks to the public humiliation and the damage done to a small community where a trusted leader falls. The flat roofs are all completed. The angled roof was started yesterday. My oldest son Andrew is carrying the ball, but I got involved yesterday as well. We have about 1/2 of one side shingled. Back at it today. (2) Match Grant. We received this gracious offer from an anonymous donor. “… I would like to again offer a $15,000 matching grant to anyone who hasn’t given since 12/31/05 or to anyone who gives more than what they gave in 2006 (e.g. if they gave $1,000 in ’06 and gave $1500 in ’07, we will match the $500 increase as long as it was given between 9/10/07-12/31/07). We will match these gifts received from 9/10/07 through 12/31/07.” Help us meet this challenge early.
