ADA’s Open House and Dedication. We will not be approaching this as fun and games but rather as an important opportunity to gather together supporters of this ministry, kindred spirits who are heavy hearted over the moral collapse that we are seeing all around us – not just somewhere else but right in front of our faces in our local communities, large and small.
So the call goes out to come and join us from near or far.
Here we are at this important juncture of this ministry. We moved into our new offices at the beginning of this week. How exciting it has been to see so many volunteers assist in such a wide variety of ways: scraping, painting, weeding, mowing, donating money for appliances, putting tile on bathroom floors, offering counsel, telephone wiring, washing windows, putting in new toilets, mudding, re-roofing a portion of roof, and the list goes on and on. …
Dear friends, we are in a war of major proportions. That’s why we are experiencing such a great sense of joy, gratitude, anticipation, privilege and responsibility at the ministry opportunities available to us as a result of the sacrificial support we received as you sensed God’s leading for the purchase of our new building.
ADA’s Open House and Dedication, Saturday, August 4.
We’ll be starting at 2:00 PM with an informal time of just checking out God’s gift to us, the fulfilling of a two-and-a-half- year vision which seemed impossible but God made a reality: the purchase of the church building at 203 E. Main Street, Fremont, MI – debt free at $210,000 with another $28,000 that has allowed us to make some significant steps towards restoration.
2:30 PM – 4:00 PM – We’ll have times of prayer, singing, and words of thanks, testimony, etc.
4:00 – 5:00 PM – Two men (Steve Ensley and Art Ally) committed to the Lord Jesus Christ who have had a clear sense of callings in their lives will give brief presentations of how God has been leading them in these days of decline in America.
7:00 PM – Dedication service with message from Rev. Donald E. Wildmon, founder and chairman of American Family Association
A realistic word – in closing. The reality is that the sanctuary alone will seat 108 people. With additional chairs, there would be seats for 145 in the sanctuary. We would be able to seat another 55 in the educational wing for a total of 200 people.
To insure a seat, please contact us by calling, emailing or mailing a request for a reservation no later than July 30. We will do our best to make seating available to as many as possible.
