A blessed time of dedication

Saturday’s open house and dedication of our new ministry home featuring my mentor and friend Donald E. Wildmon was a huge success. We are thankful for the great message by Don Wildmon on Saturday evening at the dedication. This modern day prophet brought forth a message of challenge and insight into today’s culture that all Christians should hear. And, we are thankful for the presentations and support of our good friends Robert Peters, President of Morality in Media and Art Ally, President of the Timothy Plan. Bob Peters is daily engaged in the tough battle against pornography and obscenity, which does so much damage to families and individuals, and is one who has much insight into this grave concern. Art Ally, through the Timothy Plan, challenges Christians to manage and invest their resources biblically and offered a calling to Christians and the Church to follow God’s Truth and not the ways of the world. We are grateful to God for all He has done and for the many friends He has sent to help us in the restoration. You won’t be hearing much from me over the week or so as we are heading out to the Smokies to spend time with four grandchildren and their parents – our daughter Jenny and son-in-law Chris, and with our college bound son.
