More Concern with Abercrombie and Fitch

There IS a lot of concern over Abercrombie & Fitch.  ADA received a beautiful personal letter (snail mail) yesterday from a 66 year old lady who went directly into the Rivertown Mall (Grandville MI) A&F store. She kept insisting on speaking with the manager.  She said things like QUOTING: “As I stood there in shock, I had tears in my eyes. I could not believe what I saw. Some of the catalogs had the cellophane ripped off and small children were in the store. … I asked her (the clerk) if this was a playboy store. …” She asked “How low are you going to go? … I said my granddaughter could be coming in here. I said I will never shop here. She kept telling me she was sorry. I finally broke down like. This is a terrible thing what they are doing to our young people …” BOYCOTT A&F BUMPER STICKERS. I know that many of you are like me.  I’m not a bumper sticker type of guy.  But, I have one of these bumper stickers on my car.  My son-in-law and daughter out near York, PA don’t even have a A&F store there yet they posted one on their car.  They were about ready to take it off because people would ask “Who or what is Abercrombie & Fitch?”  And then, a person came up to them just the other day and were disgusted with A&F and said “Where did you get that bumper sticker.  I would like one too.”  We’ll be sending them one as well.  Bill Johnson WILL A&F’S PORNOGRAPHIC APPROACH BE PASSED ON?  One person comments. Passed by Abercrombie and Fitch’s store in our local mall and noticed that other clothing retailers were seeming to try to keep up with them showing similar scantily clad models, etc..  Hope they don’t start a trend.  Been praying that other stores won’t yield to the temptation to lower their standards.  Perhaps if we can isolate and sting Abercrombie this Christmas the others will shrink away.
