Early Showing of The Pilgrim's Progress on April 5!

Our organization is always excited to share and promote good, Christian movies. The art of movie making is too rarely used to glorify God, but it is our pleasure to make others aware of those which are!

One such movie is the animated “Pilgrim’s Progress,” which is being released as a limited showing theater event on April 18 and 20 in theaters around the country. You can find one hosting this event at fathomevents.com/events/the-pilgrims-progress, or if you’re in the West Michigan area you can be a part of a free special showing on Friday, April 5 at 1 PM or 7 PM at our headquarters in Fremont!

After its release, Pilgrims Progress was made to be an evangelistic tool shown by missionaries all around the world, its translation into 20 different languages is already underway.

The Pilgrims Progress is an animation of the well known book of the same name, written by John Bunyan in 1678 while he was imprisoned for sharing the Gospel. It follows the main character, Christian, as he travels towards the Celestial City, seeking to be rid of his burden which he cannot put down. Along the way, he faces many temptations, attacks, and confusion as he struggles towards his goal. Of course, it is an allegory of the Christian faith. It has served as such an encouragement to God’s people that it is has never been out of print in the 340 years since it was first written!

We’re excited to be a part of bringing the latest iteration to you with the help of Faith Baptist Church, here in Fremont.

Come see this classic story of the Christian faith at our offices at 203 E Main St in Fremont on Friday, April 5 at 1 PM or 7 PM!
